Creating a consistent flow of conversational messaging to support B2B sales of online learning platforms.

Synergy Learning is an award-winning learning technology company that works with big brands like Samsung, Amazon and Ryanair. But its written content was lagging behind other areas of the business, struggling for consistency of tone and output.

We developed a new conversational tone-of-voice to support customer feedback that the team’s friendly and approachable nature was a key selling point. We coupled that tone with action-focused language to draw attention to the areas in which Synergy Learning adds value for its customers.

We then wrote website copy and started creating a steady stream of blog posts, case studies and marketing emails. These have been used to drive traffic to the website and as sales and marketing resources.

 

Within a few months, the impact of a consistent flow of quality content on search engine rankings, organic traffic and sales leads was already apparent. We continue to work with Synergy Learning on new content in a variety of formats.
