We worked with audio technology brand Flare Audio to create a series of blog posts to drive Google traffic to its website and draw attention to its new products.

Having secured more than £450,000 in Kickstarter funding from 9,035 backers, Flare Audio was ready to take its ISOLATE® ear plugs to a wider audience when we started writing for them.

We wrote a series of blog posts to drive Google traffic to its website. We targeted niches in which ISOLATE® ear plugs had a large potential customer base, including music professionals, motorcyclists, shift workers, gig-goers and travellers.

Our blog posts generated £95,000 in direct sales in the first six months after being published, which represented an enormous return on investment. We secured top spot in the Google search results as a Featured Snippet for key search terms around the best material for earplugs.

 

One of our articles was repurposed as a call-to-action on the website homepage due to its effectiveness in explaining the benefits of Flare Audio’s products and converting readers into customers.

 

A taste of what we wrote

You might be wondering why these noises don’t simply conduct through the metal and reverberate around your ear. Well, metal can only conduct in that way if it has a direct connection via which to conduct. If you isolate the metal from the ear with a piece of soft foam, you get the best of both worlds: an ear plug that is as comfortable as it is effective.
