Swim NI is a water quality prediction guide giving key information to people who want to swim in Northern Ireland’s coastal waters. The scheme, which launched in 2022, is a pilot project covering six sites. It uses historical analysis and computer modelling technology to generate its water quality predictions.

Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, the charity that serves as Swim NI’s communications partner, tasked us with creating a comprehensive set of FAQs to answer some of the most common questions from bathers and other app users.


 

We wrote clear and succinct FAQ content answering the main queries about Swim NI, explaining how its predictions work and introducing people to the science behind the app. The result is a complete suite of answers that can be found online by those with questions about the project, as well as a time-saving resource for Swim NI to quickly respond to enquiries.
